For Discharge Planners
- Our specialty is short term rehab 7 days a week. We also are happy to discuss with your patients our Outpatient Rehab Program and long term care.
- Medicare, Medicaid and most HMOs accepted.
- Admissions office is staffed Monday through Friday from 9:00 to 5:00 and the Admissions Coordinator is on-call weekends to accommodate weekend admissions.
- An RN Case Manager handles all HMOs.
- Marketers are in the field and available to see any patient to evaluate for appropriate placement.
- Special equipment (wound vac, bipap, cpm etc.) are made available as needed.
- Fast response to PRIs – we pride ourselves in working with discharge planners – making your job easier, makes our job easier.
